I help queer, trans, BIPOC and CNM folks create the life, relationships, and sex that they crave!

You can experience more fulfillment in your life and relationships! I’m here to support you.

I’m the type of therapist who will join you in therapy by providing direct feedback and teaching you life-changing skills.

I believe that if you are ready to look at the hard stuff with open eyes and integrate the skills I teach you, you can make lasting change!

Most of my clients identify as queer, trans, and/or BIPOC, and I LOVE that!

My clients put a lot of thought and effort into showing love and respect to other people’s intersectional identity experiences.

My clients want the world and our community to be a better place–their hearts hurt so much (and yes, they are even angry) when they see violence and dehumanization happening all around them. And to them.

It can feel pretty lonely and hopeless sometimes, but therapy can help you lean into community, heal from oppression trauma, and create boundaries and safety to help you thrive.

I work with cis, straight white folks too, but before you sign up to work with me please consider if…

You can get with my pronouns.  I am non-binary and use they/them pronouns.  Respecting your identity is important to me and you respecting mine is too!

You are ready for a sex-positive and feminist perspective.  I’m ready to challenge the patriarchal and puritanical systems that keep all of us from feeling free in sex and love.

You have done work to understand the privilege you have as a cis, straight white person.  I’m Black and queer living in America–your therapy isn’t about me AND it’s my right to feel safe at work, so racism and sexism projected at me is really not okay.

You’re ready to work with a big-hearted, highly skilled therapist that is ready to help you have the best sex, relationships, and life possible!

Life is surprising and we can approach those twists and turns together!

Coming into therapy can be hard but know that you are welcome to come exactly as you are.

Let’s make life feel good again, because it can be.

As we work together, we will unravel what makes you YOU and what exactly we need to tackle together.

I love working with couples, partners and relationships!

Did you know that most evidence-based therapy practices were created without queer and CNM experiences in mind at all?  I have experience and training in working with queer, non-monogamous, BDSM/Kink relationships–and I integrate the best therapeutic tools with liberation for queer & CNM folks in mind.

Starting in 2019, I worked as a sex educator and relationship coach, hosted for a variety of online companies, and led  several webinars/events.

As a sex coach, I am passionate about helping you discover and exist as your most confident self.

Meeting with me can help you vocalize your fears and curiosities, gain skills in communication, and build the type of relationships you dream of!

On a personal note…

I myself LOVE, love. I am non-monogamous, a partner, a cat-parent, and a big foodie! I love traveling, listening to audiobooks, and watching telenovelas.
