Holistic Spiritual & Life Purpose Coaching

I help people go deep in their therapy work so they can experience joyful relationships, better intimacy, and less stress & anxiety.

You can experience more fulfillment in your life and relationships! I’m here to support you.

I’m the type of therapist who uses holistic methods based in science so you can have the lasting change you want.

Can we love others if we don’t love ourselves?

Well, yes. No one deeply loves themselves all the time.  But it is possible to improve your relationship with yourself even if you feel unlovable.

Can we learn to be better partners?

Absolutely yes.

We also find ourselves in more fulfilling relationships because we’ve done the work that allows us to connect deeply with others in meaningful ways.

And it feels so good!

Relationships & Life changes.  A lot. Resisting change can cause us even more pain.

You like some predictability.  You like feeling like you have a sense of control with things and know what to expect.

Sometimes relationships & life feels like that.

And sometimes we get hit with things that disrupt our lives, relationships and world–and learning how to explore what this means to us and how we can cope without as much anxiety, fear, stress, depression, or overwhelm can be helpful.

I love supporting clients to learn to trust themselves even when they don’t always know what to expect in situations or life.

I love helping people heal from relationship experiences because I know that our earlier wounds can stay with us and continue to cause us lots of pain–there is a way out!

I also love supporting folks who want to learn to have less stress and anxiety in their current relationships.

Embracing the power of expressing our needs isn’t just about better communication—it’s about creating a life where joy and connection flourish. When we give voice to our desires and care for ourselves, we not only enhance our own well-being but also deepen the bonds we share with others.

This journey towards self-expression and fulfillment is a transformative one, filled with moments of discovery and growth.

I also provide holistic spiritual and life purpose coaching

You can develop a meaningful spiritual and meditation practice while connecting deeply with your life’s purpose. In our coaching sessions, I’ll help you integrate meditation, somatic techniques, and other supportive practices into your daily routine. Together, we’ll clarify your core values and guide you in aligning your life with what truly matters to you, ensuring you stay motivated and experience greater fulfillment in all areas of your life.

A Little About Me…

Away from the therapy space, my life is filled with connecting with nature as much as possible, creating and listening to music, exploring new hobbies such as rock climbing and yoga. I like to travel as possible to the coast and spend time with my orange kitty.

What people are saying about Madilyn

I felt nervous and ill at ease walking in, but walked out feeling confident that this could work.
