I help individuals and couples who want to gain a deeper understanding and connection to their values, experience liberation in their lives and relationships, and reconnect with joy.

You can experience more fulfillment in your life and relationships! I’m here to support you.

I’m the type of therapist who can’t wait to meet you and help you discover the answers you needed were inside you all along.

My job as your therapist is not to tell you what to do or who to be, but to shine a light in the dark corners and be curious.

Together, we can approach the challenges, stressors, and monsters that hide in the dark and find ways to move through them and bring them into the light– it’s much less scary once they’re out of the dark!

Along the way, we will also identify others in your life who are willing to walk alongside you as well. You do not have to go it alone!

My therapeutic style is best described as creative, authentic, and collaborative. The best work is done when there is room to disagree, challenge one another, and name when something isn’t working.

This does not come easily to everyone and we will work together on how you can use your voice to make sure you are getting what you need from our sessions. I endeavor to be my authentic self in our sessions and I hope that this encourages you to do the same.

I am committed to providing a supportive and caring space for people from all ethnicities, abilities, cultural backgrounds, sexual and gender identities, and beliefs.

Each person is a culmination of identities, experiences, backgrounds, and beliefs and it is important that there is space for each part of you to exist without shame, judgment, or persecution. I believe that we are in a constant state of becoming and self-discovery is a continuous process.

Teens in the age of social media and rapid technological advancement are faced with unique challenges and stressors, on top of navigating an onslaught of emotions, life changes, and self-discovery.

I work with teens by empowering them to explore who they are and who they want to be, and figure out how to align the two.

On a personal note…

Growing up as a genderqueer, bi-racial Filipino-American in a traditional Catholic household, I learned firsthand how difficult it can be to navigate multiple worlds. I make my own healing and self-care a priority so that I can continue to show up authentically for my clients and everyone around me.

In my free time, I enjoy playing video games, making pottery, crocheting, and adventuring in the outdoors with friends. I love reading, especially queer sci-fi and fantasy!
