I help parents overcome relationship conflicts, navigate the complexities of parenting and address personal struggles, I am committed to walking alongside my clients every step of the way.
You can experience more fulfillment in your life and relationships! I’m here to support you.
I’m the type of therapist who uses warmth, humor, and a down-to-earthness that helps my clients feel comfortable fast so they can go deep in their work.
The quality of our relationships have a profound impact on our lives.
Whether it’s our connections with family members, romantic partners, friends, or even our relationship with ourselves, relationships shape our experience and deeply contribute to our sense of well-being.
Relationships can sometimes feel stuck or stagnant, causing distress and uncertainty.
Through compassionate exploration and collaborative interventions, I help clients sift through these challenges and empower them to create healthier and more fulfilling connections.
You will never hear another person’s voice more than you hear your own.
I support clients to gain tools to be more intentional about the way that they speak to themselves. Through identifying and challenging negative thought patterns and behaviors I help clients to develop healthier coping strategies and a more mindful and loving relationship with themself.
I provide a safe and supportive space where clients can explore their relationship dynamics, identify areas for growth, and develop practical skills to enhance communication, trust, and intimacy.
My approach is rooted in warmth, empathy, and authenticity, creating a nurturing environment where clients feel valued, understood, and empowered. While supporting my client’s with compassion, I also challenge them to address patterns, explore old wounds, and gain a deeper understanding of themselves.
Drawing from evidence-based practices and my own multicultural background, I tailor interventions to each client’s unique needs.
With a person-centered approach, I prioritize building a strong therapeutic alliance based on trust and collaboration. I strive to honor my
client’s unique perspectives and goals. You are the expert of your own experience.
Raising a family truly takes a village, you don’t have to do it alone! As a parent of two, I know the struggle!
Parenting can be complicated and the difficult seasons can feel never ending. I am here to help you make it through these times as a sturdy leader and a united family.
I am trained in parent-child interaction therapy and gentle parenting, which allows me to support families in strengthening their relationships and improving communication.
Whether it’s navigating co-parenting dynamics, addressing behavioral challenges, or fostering a deeper connection between you and your child, I provide practical tools and guidance to help families thrive.
I am continually inspired by the resilience and courage of my clients as they navigate the complexity of human relationships and self-growth.
It would be an honor to accompany you on your journey toward healing, growth, and creating more enriching connections.
On a personal note…
In my down time, you will find me hiking along the river with my two sons, husband, and golden retriever, gardening in my backyard, or sewing. I am originally from Maui, Hawai’i and fill my island style bucket by getting to the beach and eating Hawaiian food as often as possible!
