I support neurodivergent couples and individuals who feel awkward, frustrated, and misunderstood in relationships.
You can experience more fulfillment in your life and relationships! I’m here to support you.
I’m the type of therapist who will help you explore the feelings that are uncomfortable for you–or even uncomfortable for others around you.
Anxiety, stress, anger, frustration–let’s work through these feelings together.
I work with individuals and couples who experience anxiety and stress, frustration and anger.
These feelings might be confusing or cause problems in relationships.
A lot of my clients identify as neurodivergent.
Or they may have been wronged by others or discriminated against by others in the past.
I believe in person-centered therapy which allows for my clients to come as they are and receive evidence-based and mindfulness focused interventions that are unique to their lifestyle and circumstances. I use various techniques to assist clients in exploring their emotions, challenging themselves, and building strengths that will help them make sustainable changes.
I have special interest in supporting people who feel like they don’t fit in, neurodiverse folks and the queer & trans community.
My clients are encouraged to be their true, whole selves as we move towards the relationships and the life they’ve always wanted.
There is no “wrong” reason to start therapy.
Whether it’s for life transitions, changes in your relationships, or wanting a deeper and more connected relationship with yourself, I can hold a safe and affirming space for you.
Being open and vulnerable with someone new can be scary!
My aim is to create meaningful relationships with my clients to help build confidence, compassion, and resilience.
You deserve to live a life that is filled with meaningful and authentic relationships, vulnerability, and joy.
I am passionate about helping folks of all cultural backgrounds, abilities, sexual and gender identities, and ethnicities find a space where they can feel safe, be heard, and begin to grow.
As a therapist I like to bring in a mix of humor, warmth, and patience to challenge my clients and help them to heal. To each session, I will bring my whole authentic self and will always encourage you to do the same!
On a personal note…
I identify as a queer outgoing introvert. I love to spend my free time going to farmer’s markets and bookstores, gaming, reading, and spending quality time with my loved ones and pets. I’m a lover of podcasts, true crime, and horror movies!
