Hi! I’m Justine.

I’m the type of therapist who isn’t afraid to dive in with you on the hardest parts of your life and relationship. You can show up as you are – in conflict, in pain, in overwhelm.

My clients tell me that they feel like I believe in them and they’ve never had that before. They feel deeply understood and ready to make new realizations & changes.

I provide trauma therapy for adults and teens:

I help adults & teens who have experienced trauma and painful experiences, process the past and understand that they are worthy of love and greatness.

You are feeling lonely, not good enough, and you have a hard time opening up to people.  You want to shove your pain and trauma down so you don’t have to feel it at all. You realize your past is causing struggles in your life, but you don’t know how to cope with it.  You feel lonely, sad, and scared–worried that you’ll never have the deeper bonds with other people that you crave.

Through therapy, you can feel secure, loveable and confident.

I also provide couples therapy:

I help couples with high conflict and communication issues create a better understanding of each other and build a stronger connection.

You feel lonely, frustrated, and exhausted. It feels like you can’t communicate without arguing. You don’t feel understood, you’re not having enough sex, and you worry your partner doesn’t love you or isn’t attracted to you anymore.  If you have kids, that’s causing even more stress as you might disagree about parenting styles.

Through therapy, you can feel understood, emotionally & physically connected, and excited to spend quality time together!

On a personal note…

I am a lover of nature and often find myself craving long hikes where there are mountains, big trees, and big bodies of water to relax and reset. I also enjoy hot yoga, cooking, reading, board/card games, and spending time with my loved ones.

I take great pride in my Creole background and love the creole culture and foods. Animals are a big part of the joy in my life. I have an Old English Bulldog named Gordita and a cat named Hertz.
