I help couples and individuals explore and improve the most important parts of their lives; from relationships and sex to family and career–sometimes life can feel so overwhelming.
You can experience more fulfillment in your life and relationships! I’m here to support you.
I’m the type of therapist who knows sometimes life doesn’t lead where you expect it to. And that can be scary, disappointing, ironic…or even wonderful.
I support clients who feel overwhelmed, anxious or hopeless in their life and relationships.
Maybe social anxiety is holding you back.
Maybe you aren’t quite where you want to be in your relationships or career.
Maybe adulting is … well… kinda crappy?
If you find yourself suffering in your relationships or life in general, give me a call. Together, we can build tools and work on strategies that allow you to address the root causes of your struggles, help you to deal with life’s hardships, transitions, and stressors, and support you building meaningful social connections and relationships.
Life has ups and downs. When you’re reaching out for therapy you might feel like you’re on a downward spiral.
But I will make space to see you for your strengths, hopes, and dreams, too.
I operate from an inclusive and client centered framework, utilizing evidence-based modalities and mindfulness interventions to provide a tailored therapy experience. Additionally, I’m committed to supporting individuals of all walks of life, cultural backgrounds, ethnicities, abilities, and sexual and gender identities find a peaceful space to heal.
We are all humans just navigating through our individual journeys, with a myriad of layers to ourselves and our experience. I welcome you to show up where you are at in your life and person, and I’ll meet you there.
I love supporting people with their sexual concerns.
Just because talking about sex can be taboo in our culture, doesn’t mean we don’t need real help with it sometimes. Together we can explore sexual identity, increasing pleasure, problems with erectile dysfunction/low libido/pain during sex…and oh so much more!
I’m down to earth and have a sense of humor.
It’s important to me that you know I’m human too. Especially since you’ll be sharing so much of your human-ness with me!
A little about me:
I have a background working as a first responder and have dealt first hand with trauma and burnout. I have a passion for working with folks from the LBGTIA+ community and those working to heal old wounds.
I identify as a queer, pan-sexual female of Hawaiian/Chinese/Southern American decent. I fill my cup by gardening, getting to the trees and mountains, spending time sharing amazing food with loved ones, and loving on my fur babies (Tyrant and Layla).
I’m authentic, open, approachable, and value humor in my everyday life.
