I help adults & couples who want to feel more secure in themselves and their relationships–you can have joy, connection & pleasure.
You can experience more fulfillment in your life and relationships! I’m here to support you.
I’m the type of therapist who uses evidence-based methods, compassionate care, and fun & laughter.
Opening up – especially to a complete stranger – can be scary.
Most of us didn’t get a lot of support asking for help in the past. So asking for help now is hard.
My clients tell me they feel comfortable with me. No judgement, shaming, or dismissing your feelings here.
People come to me to sort through their relationships.
Communication has been stressful.
Sex has been difficult.
Life or identity changes have made things really hard.
Relationships are hard.
I love helping partners learn new ways to express their feelings so they can be heard more deeply by the people they love.
When we are in conflict, we’re feeling hurt in the relationship and holding hurts from past experiences, our families, and intergenerational trauma.
I’ve completed the nation’s leading sex therapy training program.
I’m ready to help you address your sexual problems directly and compassionately:
Partners navigating disagreements about sex;
Problems with erection or orgasm;
Introducing new partners into your relationship;
Sexual trauma;
Getting started or going deep with Kink & BDSM
I don’t just affirm CNM & Queer folks, I have lived experience and advanced training on supporting you effectively and without harm.
Systemic oppression influences you and your relationship dynamics. My goal is to lessen the influence to support you in your healing.
Come as you are. We are all complex, beautiful, and messy creatures.
A little about me…
I identify as a queer, poly, gender-expansive femme of Mexican descent. I am a fan of gardening, houseplants, games (table top and video), crafting, and music of all genres. Nothing brings me more joy than regaling my loved ones with delicious food and my offbeat sense of humor.
